Hybrid Project Controls Coordinator to support data entry, document control, and routine change order administration for the Project Controls department and construction project teams in Houston; focuses on maintaining project data integrity and coordinating with field, accounting, and project controls teams using Vista Viewpoint, ProCore, MS SharePoint, and B2W, including weekly cost/hour/quantity tracking, earned quantities, reporting, and KPI summaries, while ensuring compliance with department standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience (construction/engineering preferred)
- Basic to Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
- Experience with high-volume data entry and digital filing systems
