Job Summary
Project Controls Associate responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, performing financial forecasting, variance analysis, and cost/resource tracking in a federal contracting environment. Role involves monitoring schedule progress, resource needs, subcontractor deliverables, accruals, and generating time-phased project cost forecasts while ensuring compliance with internal processes and federal contract requirements; collaboration with project teams to manage risks, delays, and changes to maintain project timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred)
- Experience with Primavera (P6) or Microsoft Project
- 3+ years of experience in project controls, planning/scheduling, cost tracking, financial forecasting, or project management support
- Ability to pass a federal background check and drug screening

- Work Authorization: U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract and/or security clearance requirements
