Project Controls Analyst

Job Summary
Project Controls Analyst supports GIS/software implementation projects by maintaining accurate project data, forecasting, scheduling, resource planning, invoicing readiness, and reporting. Works with PMO, Finance, and Resource Management to ensure data in NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro is complete and reliable, translates approved project plans from MS Project into NetSuite, produces recurring PMO dashboards and data summaries, and assists with process documentation and continuous improvement of PMO reporting and operations. Requires detail orientation, analytical mindset, ability to manage multiple deadlines, strong Excel skills, and collaboration across teams in a hybrid Milwaukee-based role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Project Management (or work experience in a related field)
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project analysis, operations, finance, reporting, or related analytical roles
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
