Project Controls Analyst

Job Summary
Support initial project setup, change management, cost reporting, and earned value tracking while developing project schedules and cash flow forecasts. Identify cost and schedule variances, recommend corrective actions, and create updated financial forecasts for quarterly and monthly intervals. Attend kickoffs, walk downs, and lessons learned meetings; participate in status meetings to collect progress data and revise plans. Prepare performance analysis, cost, and schedule status reports using industry standards and in-house tools. Document milestones and risks with stakeholders, provide feedback on internal procedural upgrades, and assist with additional project management support tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Technology, Civil Engineering, other Engineering, Business Management, or Analytics and/or related work experience
- Strong analysis skills with proficiency in Excel
- Strong mathematical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to effectively multi-task and handle multiple priorities in a challenging, fast-paced environment
- Travel to/from various project-related functions approximately 15% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Primavera P6 is preferred
- Experience with other job-related software tools (example: SAP)
