Project Controls Analyst (Data Center Construction)

Job Summary
Translate detailed technical data into actionable insights for partners and clients by creating, maintaining, and presenting compelling reports. Review data quality across the schedule weekly, consolidating cost, cash flow, and program information to forecast project status. Develop analytic tools and Power BI dashboards to visualize program deliverables, while partnering with site teams to perform root-cause analysis on variances and trends. Identify improvements in existing data management processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through trend analysis and value stream mapping. Generate monthly construction program reports and support automation initiatives for client internal programmers.
Required Qualifications
- Hybrid work arrangement from Linesight's Seattle office location
- Video required for all interviews (in person or virtual)
- Understanding of construction project lifecycles
- Experience working with project controls teams or cost consultants
- Ability to translate construction related raw data (cost, schedule, procurement, risk) into clear dashboards and insights
- Experience building Power BI dashboards specifically for operational or project-based reporting
- Experience with construction management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, Aconex, CostX, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast paced global consultancy or client facing environment
- Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing
- Ability to manage own priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Ability to build strong relationships with team and clients through shared purpose and openness
Desired Qualifications
