Job Summary
Project Controls Analyst responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules and cost forecasts, leading earned value management (EVM), risk analysis, change management, and reporting to clients and leadership. Responsibilities include preparing schedule/cost reports, conducting critical path and float analyses, integrating schedule with cost performance, tracking cash position and monthly expenses, leading quantity reporting and change quantification, and supporting risk management, procurement, and dashboards. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant experience; proficiency with Primavera P6, Procore, BIM 360, Primavera Unifier, and other project controls tools; strong communication and analytical skills. Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days, with national travel expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Facilities Management, or related discipline
- at least three years of related experience
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, and cost management
- Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Synchro, Primavera Unifier, Procore, BIM 360, Bluebeam Revu, Visio, and advanced Excel for scheduling, forecasting, cost tracking, reporting, and project documentation
- Strong communication, analytical and reporting skills
