Job Summary
Manage project financial systems and establish baseline budgets using drawings and specifications to control costs. Analyze earned value data, manpower requirements, and subcontract expenditures to identify key project issues and forecast trends. Prepare progress trend analyses, review contractor invoices, and gather data for procedure development while participating in cost review meetings. Requires proficiency in scheduling and cost/schedule integration concepts. Full-time hybrid position in Burnaby, BC with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 years of related project controls experience related to scheduling
- Must attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment
Desired Qualifications
- 8 years of cost control experience
- Proficiency with Earned Value analysis
