Job Summary
Support EVMS and the Project Controls System. Perform cost estimating, analysis and control activities. Supervise cost engineering and/or planning/scheduling activities, and provide technical direction. Identify trends for management attention; oversee schedule development, maintenance, and monitoring. Prepare and review cost engineering and planning activities; support project organizational and administrative activities. Demonstrate advanced concepts in cost engineering and scheduling, with independent judgment and broad expertise to influence project controls standards. Works on unusually significant and complex issues, delivering innovative solutions in project controls and scheduling for projects with non-routine requirements. Demonstrates proficiency with EVMS tools and cost analysis, and contributes to long-range objectives and principles within the Laboratory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of twelve years related experience
- Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions; cost estimating, cost control, financial reporting systems, and cost analysis
