Job Summary
Manage project administration and financial processing by handling invoices, purchase orders, and project costs. Establish and monitor project budgets while identifying and analyzing variances. Update cost forecasts, maintain change and budget transfer registers, and integrate risks into cost expectations. Collaborate with planners to assess progress and deliver financial project reports including S-curves. Ensure correct OPEX/CAPEX registration, gather project information for subsidy applications, and advise project management on financial controls. Requires MBO/HBO finance background, SAP S/4HANA experience, and strong Excel skills.
Required Qualifications
- MBO- of HBO-opleiding in Finance, Bedrijfseconomie, Accounting of vergelijkbaar.
- Ervaring als Project Controller, Cost Controller of Financial Controller.
- Ervaring binnen projectorganisaties of asset-intensieve omgevingen.
- Kennis van projectbeheersingsmethodieken (PRINCE2, PMBOK of vergelijkbaar).
- Sterke Excel-vaardigheden.
- Ervaring met SAP S/4HANA.
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
- Analytisch, nauwkeurig en communicatief sterk.
Desired Qualifications
- Affiniteit met planningssoftware zoals Primavera of OPC.
- Power BI is een pré.
