Job Summary
Project Controller for a Miami Signature Bridge project leads P&L coordination on large contracts, mentors project accountants, represents the company in owner/JV meetings, and manages all job/subcontractor duties on mega projects. Responsibilities include cost forecasting, owner billing coordination, detailed cost report reviews, providing analytical information to operations leadership, ensuring proper booking of costs and billings, monitoring accounts receivable, and finalizing closeout documentation. Requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting (or equivalent), 3-5 years construction accounting experience, familiarity with CMiC or ERP systems, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- 3-5 years of construction accounting experience
- Experience in CMiC or other ERP systems preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Some light travel involved
