Job Summary
Deliver project controls by applying consistent processes, methods, and governance to guide the in-country team. Optimize schedules using best-practice techniques, resolve conflicts, and track dependencies while monitoring progress and managing day-to-day accounting activities. Prepare financial forecasts, collate performance reports, and support audits to ensure compliance with contractual milestones and payment applications. Maintain comprehensive documentation, including action, issue, and risk logs, while raising purchase orders and tracking expenditure through the financial reporting process. Develop relationships with stakeholders and contribute to improving project delivery tools and systems. This one-year contract supports SRT's global maritime surveillance technology initiatives in Indonesia.
Required Qualifications
- Professional level of English - both spoken and written
- Degree level education or relevant professional related qualification
- Minimum 2 year's experience in a similar role, working in a construction or civil engineering environment
- Advanced user of MS Project, SharePoint and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of ERP systems, finance/controlling processes and tools
- Ability to communicate and influence effectively with stakeholders of all levels (internally and externally)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
