Job Summary
Monitor capex budgets, track variances, and manage cash flows while enforcing cost controls and driving financial planning for capital projects across the Electronics Manufacturing Cluster. Conduct risk analysis, perform cost-to-complete analyses, and prepare periodic performance reviews to support decision-making and resource management. Own automated reporting routines within the Performance Factory application and implement processes to enhance data integrity. Translate financial insights into actionable recommendations to ensure profitability goals are achieved through savings reviews and consolidated financial reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in controlling, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, cost accounting, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, ERP, Excel & PowerBI
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Operations, IT, and project management teams
- Fluent English skills, both written and verbal
