Job Summary
Manage project control and financial administration for the Vestigingsdirectie and Regio Controller. Monitor project financial processes, results, and budgets while overseeing periodic closures and reporting. Prepare project reports with risk analysis and provide advisory support to project leaders regarding financing structures and cashflow. Assist in tracking the branch result against the established budget. Requires an HBO or WO degree in Finance, several years of experience, and strong Excel skills. Full-time role with a salary range of €3,560 to €5,652 gross per month. Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Finance, Bedrijfseconomie of een vergelijkbare richting
- Enkele jaren relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur binnen een projectorganisatie
- Bereidheid om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en nieuwe zaken op te pakken of verder te ontwikkelen
- Een proactieve houding bij het signaleren van verbeter- en optimalisatiemogelijkheden
- Stevigheid en overtuigingskracht in het samenwerken met verschillende stakeholders
- Bovengemiddelde kennis en ervaring met Excel
