Job Summary
The Project Controller II is responsible for project setup, progress reporting and validation, cost control analysis, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and project closeout. Candidates must have a thorough understanding of project budget, schedule, and key performance indicators, with experience in project controls within the construction industry. The role requires proficiency in relevant software tools and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include monitoring project performance, leading project phase code establishment, participating in project risk assessments, and facilitating project closeout processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Construction Management, Project Controls, Project Management.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-disciplined, motivated, able to work with limited direct supervision.
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in Excel, MS Office, Primavera and/or MS Project, Ecosys, Viewpoint, and Document Control programs.
- Effective communication skills (both oral and written).
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand prints and contracts.
