Job Summary
Retail Project Controller role overseeing project expenditure, forecasting, accruals, and cost management across hundreds/thousands of projects for bp's C&P BTC in Pune, India. Responsibilities include chairing monthly forecasting and accrual meetings, ensuring DOA approvals on invoices and requisitions, coordinating with SAP, Smartsheet, and Power BI for data alignment, and collaborating with Finance to ensure accurate cost categorization (Capex/Revex/Opex) and timely reporting. Preferred qualifications include finance/accounting experience (5+ years) and strong skills in SAP, Excel, Power BI, and Smartsheet. The role requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance/Accounting, with relocation within country supported, and no remote work option.
