Job Summary
Manager of FP&A for a SERVICE-oriented client leads budgeting, financial planning, systems optimization, and analytics; partners with senior finance leadership and department heads to drive informed decision-making and efficiency. Responsibilities include leading annual operating and capital budgets, developing budget assumptions and models, ongoing projections and scenario analysis, monthly performance reviews with variance analysis, supporting data-driven decisions, collaborating with IT and finance to optimize enterprise systems and reporting tools, driving automation and process improvements, supporting special financial modeling projects, and preparing analyses/presentations for senior leadership and governing bodies. Required skills include budgeting, financial planning, financial analysis, partnering with operational leaders, improving financial systems and reporting, strong analytical and communication abilities, and the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial audiences. Education and experience: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in finance/FP&A; CPA preferred; CMA or other certifications a plus. The role is onsite in Winston-Salem, NC, and the candidate must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or financial planning
