Job Summary
Activate project conversions in the project management system and prepare intercompany agreements based on project budget files. Prepare monthly project analysis for review with the project management team and ensure Finance figures align with the project management system. Support the month-end and year-end closing process in line with group reporting standards, assist in audit requirements, and help develop enhanced business processes to maintain internal controls. This role supports the Finance function as the business grows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance
- 3-5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and excellent knowledge of Excel is a must)
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
