Project Controller

Job Summary
Provide project control services including financial planning, reporting, and compliance, acting as an internal auditor for subcontractors to ensure contractual execution. Manage Value Engineering processes, identify program effects of change orders, and oversee project handovers to operators and clients through financial statements and cashflow overviews. Conduct risk assessments, monitor project programs, and report monthly progress to the Project Director, Client, and Contractor, updating change and risk registers. Collaborate with the Business line lead and finance teams to meet KPIs and maintain project financial health. Based in The Hague, this role requires 5+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and fluency in English.

- Proven financial and cost reporting experience
- Process driven
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Analytical skills
- Project and contract management experience in delivering construction projects
- Minimum holds a Bachelor's degree
- In-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Planning experience (Primavera is a plus)
