Job Summary
Project Control Specialist to support large-scale infrastructure and capital projects in the renewable energy sector. Responsible for project financials, forecasting, and cost controls; drive forecasting accuracy; identify risks early; ensure projects stay financially and operationally on track. Collaborates closely with Project Managers to build and improve project controls processes and deliver dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar). Exposure to earned value (EVM/EVMS) and project scheduling (P6 or similar); experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in project controls, cost controls, or project-based environments
- Experience working closely with Project Managers (not just back-office reporting)
- Strong background in cost tracking, forecasting, and project financial analysis
- Exposure to earned value (EVM/EVMS) and/or project scheduling (P6 or similar)
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel
