Job Summary
Project Control Specialist responsible for maintaining project health by aligning execution with contracted scope, fee, and schedule, including reviewing AR aged 45+ days, contacting clients on invoice status, coordinating with Project Managers on progress and change orders, and assisting with billing reports and project close-out. Requires collaboration with Project Managers, ability to schedule and facilitate meetings, and strong communication/writing skills. Familiarity with LiquidPlanner and Ajera and experience in energy, utilities, construction, or engineering are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or engineering preferred
- 2+ years of experience with project planning, coordination, operations, process, systems, management and/or project accounting & finance desired
- Familiarity with LiquidPlanner and Ajera preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Experience working in energy & utility, construction, or engineering preferred
