Job Summary
Project Control Manager (AMEI) responsible for leading project controls across schedule, cost, and risk for CI EAMEI investments, ensuring accurate, independent reporting and governance. Drives capitalization processes, validates cost and schedule targets, and supports development and governance gates. Collaborates with CI-E&C, Affiliate OPMs, and development teams to maintain a single source of truth, promote cross-functional alignment, and deliver timely portfolio-level insights. Requires engineering degree, extensive planning/cost control/risk management experience, familiarity with EPC contracts, and strong analytical and communication skills in English; proficient in Google Sheets and Primavera P6, with Power BI being a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree
- Extensive experience in planning, costs estimating and control
- Risk management experience
- Familiarity with different types of EPC contracts, including open book and lump sum
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Rigorous and structured approach to work
- Concise communication and good interpersonal skills
- English fluency
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Primavera P6; Power BI is a plus
