Job Summary
Lead the development and implementation of programme-wide Change Management strategies, overseeing execution and maintaining configuration control of scope, schedule, and budget baselines. Chair governance forums for change approval, collaborate with commercial, procurement, and delivery teams to assess change proposals, and manage the programme change register. Deliver timely reporting on programme performance impacts and support re-baselining exercises including bottom-up estimates. Provide subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulators, while fostering a culture of proactive change identification and continuous improvement. Manage the Change Management team and drive strategic oversight of infrastructure client programmes. Minimum 15 years of experience in project controls with a focus on change management in large-scale infrastructure projects required.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in project controls
- strong focus on change management in large-scale infrastructure or capital projects
- Proven track record in client-side roles, managing interfaces with contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes in high-pressure environments
- Deep understanding of project controls principles, methodologies, and tools

- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- Chartered status with a relevant professional body (e.g., IEI, ICE, APM)
