Job Summary
Senior Project Controls Executive in NYC overseeing all phases of construction projects from feasibility through close-out, coordinating both office and field operations to ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and high-quality standards. Leads Project Managers, Site Managers, and field teams; manages subcontractor bidding, contract negotiations, procurement, and value engineering; enforces schedule, cost, safety, and quality controls; ensures regulatory compliance with DOB/OSHA and timely close-out actions; proficient in Procore and data-driven decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in commercial or residential construction, managing projects from pre-construction through close-out
- Strong knowledge of NYC construction processes, permitting, and DOB regulations
- Procore or other construction management systems experience
