Job Summary
Project Control Analyst collaborates with Portfolio and Program Managers and multiple stakeholders to drive cost and schedule integration, data validation, and performance analytics to ensure contract work aligns with budgets and government guidelines. Responsibilities include providing project management support, setting up cost control systems, monitoring costs and schedules, preparing budgets and financial forecasts, performing variance analyses, creating WBS plans, conducting risk management and schedule risk assessments, ensuring funding availability, incorporating contractual changes, and coordinating with suppliers and other contractors. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), 2-5 years of experience, and strong Excel and Microsoft Project skills; PMI or CMMI certifications are preferred. U.S. citizenship is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
- 2-5 years of experience
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and drive implementation
- Preferred: PMI certification, CMMI certification/experience, experience with Deltek Costpoint/Cognos
- US citizenship required for eligibility to access sensitive information
