Job Summary
Project Consultant responsible for field-based asset evaluation and financial planning for community boards. Responsibilities include leading site visits and inspections of community elements, documenting asset condition, capturing field data and photos, and translating observations into comprehensive reserve study reports and funding plans. Responsibilities also encompass project management and client coordination, setting deliverables and timelines, QA reviews, and collaboration with engineering, QA, and operations teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Key skills include field observations, data analysis, report drafting, knowledge of reserve study standards, and the ability to work independently in a client-facing role with an emphasis on planning, communication, and delivering actionable capital decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in project coordination or management within engineering or facilities domains preferred
- Ability to conduct on-site inspections and document asset condition
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with experience drafting reserve study reports or similar financial plans
