Project Consultant

Project Consultant role focused on hands-on field evaluation of community spaces and translating observations into comprehensive reserve studies and financial plans. Primary client contact for assigned projects, coordinating site visits, inspections, and project schedules, while managing multiple concurrent projects to deliver timely, high-quality reserve reports. Responsibilities include conducting on-site inspections of common elements (roofing, siding, pavement, mechanical systems, amenities), documenting asset condition with photos and field notes, researching replacement costs and remaining life, drafting reserve study reports using internal tools, supporting funding plans and projections, and collaborating with engineering, QA, and operations to ensure consistent deliverables. The role emphasizes a consultative approach, independent field work, and an ability to educate clients and maintain enduring client relationships, with an emphasis on an active, hands-on schedule and avoiding desk-bound work.
