Project Consultant (Outside Sales)

Generate new business through networking, referrals, and neighborhood marketing. Conduct residential property inspections for storm damage, evaluating roofs, siding, and gutters using company technology. Create detailed project estimates and scopes of work while educating homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims. Manage customer relationships from inspection to completion, coordinating with internal production teams and following up to ensure satisfaction. Schedule and travel locally throughout the St. Louis Metro area for appointments. Full-time W-2 role with uncapped commission and paid training.
