Job Summary
Meet with homeowners to inspect exterior property conditions, identify restoration needs, and guide customers through the sales process. Generate new business via networking, referrals, and neighborhood outreach while scheduling and conducting residential property inspections for roofs, siding, and gutters. Prepare project estimates, coordinate with internal production teams, and maintain consistent communication throughout the customer journey. Follow up post-completion and represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the Southwest Missouri market. No roofing experience required; paid training provided.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift equipment as needed
- Ability to work a Full-Time schedule
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Local travel throughout the assigned market is required
