Job Summary
Lead and oversee the execution of complex projects, defining objectives and strategies with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Identify risks, allocate resources including budgets and personnel, and implement mitigation protocols while managing scope changes and quality controls. Assemble and mentor project teams, prepare comprehensive reports for leadership, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Optimize process capabilities through best practices and collaborate across departments. This three-year contract role requires 10-15 years of experience and a PMP certification, supporting high-stakes initiatives that drive business growth.
Required Qualifications
- 10 to 15 years of experience in project management and consulting, including handling complex projects
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate project teams
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, best practices, and industry trends
- A track record of successfully delivering large, complex projects
- Client-focused with a deep understanding of client relationship management
Desired Qualifications
