Project/Construction Manager - Residential - Subd (Central Luzon)

Monitor all ongoing construction activities to ensure completion within the contract timeframe while conducting weekly site coordination meetings. Manage project engineers and contractors to maintain harmonious teamwork focused on on-time delivery within acceptable quality and cost standards. Implement security and safety procedures to ensure compliance with company, LGU, and industry standards, correcting unsafe conditions immediately. Check and evaluate contractor billings, change orders, and quantity take-offs against plans and budgetary estimates. Anticipate project issues to mitigate delays and maintain a lean engineering group under maximum supervision. Coordinate with all concerned departments to avoid work impediments and enhance staff competencies by adopting Filinvest Operating Systems and Standards.
