Job Summary
Manage customer projects on time, on cost, and on spec by carrying out project management according to Bosch product engineering processes. Lead timing, cost, quality, scope, communication, and risk management while driving technical proposals and supporting sales teams during the acquisition phase. Control project documents, manage customer requirements, and implement cost-down innovations. Coordinate multi-project priorities with strong leadership capabilities under pressure. Requires at least three years of project management experience, fluent English, and an automotive industry background. PMP certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years project management experience
- Fluent English both in writing and speaking
- Basic know-how in design and process validation
- Ability to apply mechanical, electronics, engineering specific legislation know-how
- Basic knowledge or experience of problem-solving
- Understanding of customer specific development process
- Knowledge of data evaluation
