Job Summary
Own project administration for a defined set of accounts, partnering with Finance and Resource Management to support project set-up in Merkle’s internal systems. Maintain accurate project data throughout the project lifecycle to reflect contracts and engagement changes. Monitor and report on overall project health and complete project closure activities in a timely and organized manner. May support other business needs as requested by leadership. Requires strong communication, time management, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). Location is DGS India - Pune - Kharadi EON Free Zone; hybrid work arrangement; reporting to the Program Director in the US within the Delivery Management team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Computer Science degree is preferred but not a prerequisite
- 0-3 years of experience in a digital or related professional environment
- Confident, with Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong feedback and stakeholder reporting ability with complete ownership
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel (required), Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
