Job Summary
Technical Lead for Land Development Projects involving local municipalities as well as commercial development. Assist in development of projects scopes of services and price proposals as required. Lead/Prepare hydrologic & hydraulic modeling and relevant design calculations. Manage Permitting through various federal, state, and local agencies. Perform occasional field data collection and site visits. B.S. in Civil Engineering; 6 Years minimum Land Development and site design experience; AutoCAD and Civil 3D; Management/leadership experience preferred; advanced knowledge of land-use planning; P.E. Certification strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- 6 Years’ minimum Land Development and site design experience
- Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Management and/or Project Management experience is strongly preferred; a proven track record in effective staff management / leadership is a plus!
- Advanced knowledge of land-use planning
- P.E. Certification strongly preferred
