Job Summary
Project Civil Engineer – Land Development with 5-10 years in civil engineering. Role involves developing design calculations and construction plans for residential, commercial, and roadway developments (site grading, stormwater management, utility design); conducting entitlements research and due diligence; using AutoCAD Civil 3D for plan prep; and preparing drainage/utility reports. Requires proficiency in MS Excel/Word/Outlook, strong organizational and teamwork skills, a Florida PE license (preferred), and a valid Florida driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Professional Engineer license in Florida (preferred)
- Authorization to work in the United States
- 5-10 years of Civil Engineering experience
- Proficiency in ICPR, WaterCAD, and AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience in stormwater management, utility design, and land development
- Familiarity with permitting processes, codes, and criteria
- Experience in preparing construction plans and reports
- Valid Florida Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
