Job Summary

Conduct in-depth chemical reviews and manage product maintenance processes independently to assure product quality and performance. Lead technical support to the manufacturing plant, transfer new products and technologies to production, and adapt existing DFMEA for modified items. Present results to customers and initiate technical presentations from raw material suppliers. Lead the TS 16949 Audit for the R&D team and prepare for audits with cross-functional teams. Evaluate new technologies, raw materials, and processes to support innovation. Perform special projects and other assignments as directed by the manager.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of R&D experience in product formulation, ideally involving polymer compositions for automotive or industrial applications
  • Proven track record of successfully leading development projects from ideation through market introduction
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams (e.g., EHS, Operations, Sales/Marketing) to oversee progress and ensure successful outcomes

  • Experience working on teams for audit preparation
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with the customers
