Project & Change Management Leader (6 months - 1 year contract)

Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end local implementation of the 50-50-100 program by ensuring alignment, execution, governance, and adoption across global and local stakeholders. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones while tracking progress against key deliverables and driving mitigation actions for identified risks and bottlenecks. Act as the primary liaison between Global Procurement, local teams, and external partners to facilitate alignment meetings, coordinate governance routines, and translate global guidelines into actionable plans for the APAC organization. Monitor project KPIs, maintain dashboards, and provide regular updates to senior leadership on status, risks, and outcomes. Own change management initiatives, including impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and readiness assessments to ensure smooth go-live and sustained adoption of new processes and tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- +5 years of experience in project management, procurement, or transformation roles
- Experience working in a global, matrix organization
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Strong project management skills (planning, execution, tracking)
- Stakeholder management across multiple levels (local & global)
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
- Strong organizational and coordination capabilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with digital tools and/or procurement transformation is a plus
- Experience with transformation programs or outsourcing initiatives (preferred)
- Knowledge of procurement processes and tools (preferred)
