Job Summary
Project Business Partner responsible for managing project portfolios across multiple accounts, tracking opportunity progress, preventing gaps between completed work and billed work, maintaining momentum on proposals and add-ons, managing the pipeline with weekly reviews and CRM dashboards, partnering with Principals for follow-through, drafting proposals and follow-up communications, escalating risks, mentoring administrative coordinators, and ensuring confidentiality and adherence to company policies; requires 10+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), CRM proficiency, financial tracking knowledge (billing, AR, time), and strong organizational/communication skills. The role operates in a hybrid schedule with in-office presence during peak periods and core hours 8:30 AM–5:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of work experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience using CRM software
- Understanding of financial tracking, including billing, AR, and recorded time
- Demonstrated organizational capability, communication, accountability, and problem-solving skills
