Job Summary
Maintain P&L and Balance Sheet ledger accounts while reconciling revenue, costs, and open purchase orders. Prepare project summary sheets based on contract terms, set up projects in the ERP system, and generate monthly variance analysis for revenue and EBIT. Perform on/off rents, submit project invoices, and ensure accounts receivable collection. Monitor open vouchers, third-party reconciliation reports, and work orders to resolve discrepancies. Participate in internal and external project alignment processes, reviews, and planning activities. Interface with management, clients, auditors, and vendors to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with all policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in applicable field of study
- Two years of experience in project accounting or financial analysis
- A combination of education and directly related experience equal to six (6) years
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal statutes and guidelines
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent decision-making skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of personal computer-based business applications and emphasis in EXCEL
- Ability to become a power user of AMECO's ERP application
- Ability to lift, carry, and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Close vision
- Occasional travel for business-related matters
