Job Summary
Manage project budgets and resource administration for the "Strengthening MSME Business Membership Organizations in Ukraine" initiative by preparing quarterly and annual cash flow forecasts, finalizing disbursement requests, and monitoring donor contributions. Review and approve funding authorizations, process monthly payment orders and travel claims, and ensure transactions are correctly recorded in the Quantum system while maintaining proper filing systems. Facilitate annual audits, analyze exception reports for irregularities, and prepare budget reviews with justifications for reallocation requests. Collaborate with the Project Manager and UNDP CO teams to support implementing partners on resource management, develop internal expenditure control proposals, and contribute to knowledge networks on budgeting best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Public Management, Business Administration or other relevant field
- A first-level university degree (Bachelor's degree) in Finance, Economics, Public Management, Business Administration or other relevant field in combination with additional two years of qualifying experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience at the national or international level in resources and budget management (for Bachelor's degree holders)
Desired Qualifications
- Proven previous experience in resources and budget management (alternative to Master's degree requirement)
