Job Summary
Coordinate project billing from job setup through final invoicing, including maintaining project logs, job costing information, and change orders; act as liaison between field crews, subcontractors, and accounting to ensure accurate invoicing and revenue tracking; prepare and issue customer invoices, post payments, reconcile accounts receivable, and compile billing reports; use ComputerEase for job setup, billing, and documentation; perform private job and drop detailing, review invoices and redlines, and verify billing information with subcontractors, field technicians, and managers; requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of construction billing, project coordination, or accounting support experience; 1st shift, Monday–Friday in Kokomo, IN; proficiency in Word and Excel and ability to read prints and redlines; strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
Required Qualifications

- 1-3 years of construction billing, project coordination, or accounting support experience preferred
- Experience with ComputerEase preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Team-oriented with ability to work independently
- Monday - Friday (1st shift, 8 hour days)
