Job Summary
Collaborate with the design team to develop project concepts and visual strategies, creating product illustrations, social media designs, logos, and graphics for print and digital platforms. Produce engaging animations and videos while providing input on design best practices and optimizations throughout projects. Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro to deliver high-quality content. This project-based position offers flexibility with working hours and is intended for our talent pool; candidates will be contacted once suitable projects or client needs arise. Fully remote work is available with competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- significant proven design experience
- strong portfolio demonstrating successful branding and graphic design work
- Proficient with design software and technologies (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc)
- keen eye for aesthetics and detail
- excellent communication and time management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Previous startup and/or design agency experience
- Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives
