Project Associate (Open to Tier 1 & 2 applicants)

UNDP is seeking a Project Associate for the RISE-BARMM project based in the UNDP Country Office in Manila. The role involves supporting overall project management, monitoring procurement and financial processes, coordinating with Programme, Results and Quality, and Finance teams, assisting with annual reviews, audits, and evaluations, drafting terms of reference, and supporting recruitment of consultants and other resources. The incumbent will help ensure compliance with UNDP rules and procedures, assist in travel arrangements, workshops, asset and office supplies management, and contribute to knowledge building and reporting activities. Required skills include ICT proficiency, Microsoft Office, and experience in project or financial management for at least 2 years, with higher emphasis on governance and electoral reform experience being desirable. Fluency in English and Filipino is required, and professional certifications in finance, accounting, and procurement are an asset.
