Job Summary
Project Associate will drive and support overall project management activities to ensure successful execution of clinical trials, coordinating project tasks, maintaining documentation, and communicating with stakeholders. Responsibilities include planning and execution of trial elements with the Project Lead, ensuring timelines are met and budgets are adhered to, coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors, analyzing project performance, maintaining study-specific financial reports, documenting scope/objectives, escalating risks/issues, maintaining PM systems and tools, and driving quality assurance activities including audits and issue resolution. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field or equivalent experience, knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines, strong organization and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office or PM tools, travel readiness, and English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, project management or related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage time and work independently
- High proficiency with full MS Office Applications and/or project management software tools
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to travel if necessary (approximately 5%)
- Effective verbal and written skills in English
