Job Summary
Remote Project Associate supporting Cyber Breach and breach-response operations, coordinating intake/processing/analysis of datasets for hosting, extracting/validating sensitive data (PII/PHI), building notification lists, and ensuring quality control across deliverables. Collaborates with project managers, technical teams, attorneys, and client-facing staff; participates in on-call rotations (nights/weekends) and contributes to procedure development and continuous process improvement. Requires experience with Relativity (or similar eDiscovery platforms), strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Salary range: $70,000-$110,000; location: remote with on-call responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field
- 3+ years' experience handling data operations or reviews in legal technology, cyber, or eDiscovery
- Comfort working with structured and unstructured data
- Ability to communicate effectively & tactfully with stakeholders including attorneys and internal teams
- Knowledge with breach response concepts, PII and PHI handling, and eDiscovery workflows
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and the Office product suite
- Ability to demonstrate superior organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in time-sensitive situations and prioritize multiple projects with similar deadlines
