Job Summary
Project Assistant supporting Yearout Mechanical/Legence construction projects with responsibilities spanning planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, change orders, and quality control. The role requires coordinating with Project Managers, Foremen, and subcontractors; overseeing BIM activities; ensuring safety standards and regulatory compliance; managing documentation and communication with clients and stakeholders; and assisting with vendor/subcontractor procurement and site coordination to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Required Qualifications
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Construction Project Management with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction
- OSHA 10 or higher
