Project Assistant Superintendent (Construction)

Direct and supervise all field operations, including scheduling, coordinating plans, and managing site activity for subcontractors. Enforce safety regulations and manage site safety and insurance risks while ensuring quality control, cost control, and schedule requirements are met. Resolve field-related issues and handle labor relations to maintain customer satisfaction. Maintain complete knowledge of all safety regulations and communicate effectively in both written and oral forms. Proficient with Procore. Full-time Monday to Friday schedule with a performance-based bonus.
