Project Assistant - Level III - Health and Safety

Job Summary
Contribute to successful project delivery by supporting execution, managing smaller project components, and coordinating administrative and logistical activities. Assist in identifying and resolving project issues while tracking budget, conducting research, and analyzing data to ensure alignment with financial expectations. Support risk identification, mitigation, and proactive planning using quality tools. Simultaneously, implement Branch and Corporate HSE workplans by tracking actions, updating records, and following up on assigned tasks. Assist with monthly KPI tracking, data validation, and reporting through Enablon systems. Coordinate HSE meetings, manage management system documentation in line with ISO 45001, and maintain training matrices. Deliver toolbox talks, support incident investigations, conduct field and marine inspections, and manage contractor safety compliance. Participate in scheduled audits by preparing documentation and tracking corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Health and Safety (HSE) knowledge
- Project management capability
- Experience with ISO 45001
- Experience with Enablon
- Experience with Cummins HSE systems
- Knowledge of legal compliance
- Knowledge of waste management
- Knowledge of environmental aspects
