Job Summary
Unitize large volumes of discovery matters by renaming files per naming convention protocols and becoming familiar with database structures and key document locations. Assist attorneys with administrative functions, including interacting with clients regarding outstanding invoices, while maintaining accurate time records and adhering to established client and team guidelines for matter management. Work efficiently in a heavily computer-based environment to organize, prioritize, and complete tasks under strict time constraints. This role requires independent work with others and strong communication skills, with the ability to work overtime, including weekends and holidays with little to no advance notice. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong prioritization, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to exhibit good judgement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Able to work overtime, including weekends and holidays with little to no advance notice
