Job Summary
Enter and submit time sheets, verify time & material tickets from field to Payroll, and gather new employee information for Payroll. Maintain and distribute trend charts, Procore reports, Operator Inspection sheets, and Daily End of Shift reports. Schedule jobsite visits, operations plans, and meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Take weekly jobsite photos, coordinate safety lunches, and order field supplies. Submit Requests for Information, track responses, and post paper and electronic drawing sets with RFI logs. Distribute documents, follow up on late items, and maintain physical and electronic files.
Required Qualifications
- Two years associates degree in a Business or Administrative focus
- High school diploma or equivalent with two years of Business or Administrative training
- Two years of Business or Administrative training or equivalent experience
- Be customer service focused
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
