Job Summary
Real Estate Project Assistant assists attorneys and paralegals in all stages of real estate transactions, prepares closing deliverables, orders UCC searches, obtains EINs, orders surveys, orders PZRs, and orders title commitments; organizes client materials and transaction files; tracks deal statuses to ensure delivery of final documents; prepares and tracks signature pages; assists with updating checklists and data rooms, and performs general transaction file maintenance; prepares closing binders; collaborates across teams and demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and strong problem-solving capabilities; requires excellent written and oral communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and adopting AI technologies; education includes a Bachelor's degree preferred and experience with AI platforms is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- one year of project assistant/paralegal experience preferred
- proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- familiarity with or willingness to learn AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools) and incorporate them responsibly into day-to-day workflows
